Tour Details
This tour uncovers several of Gatlinburg’s hidden gems. Our local adventure guides will surprise you with stories of early settler ingenuity and their descendants’ law-defying commerce.
You'll begin with an informative drive through historic Gatlinburg and a photo stop at a scenic overlook. Learn how Great Smoky Mountains National Park came to be and why it is the most-visited national park with more than 13 million visitors per year. Get your cameras ready for terrific photo-ops!
Water is life and life is everywhere in the Smokies. Dip your hands and toes into a fresh mountain stream as it cascades through the forest at Cataract Falls or LeConte Creek. Learn about the many species of plants, trees, flowers, and wildlife. Keep an eye out for bears, one the area’s most popular residents.
Visit the Noah “Bud” Ogle Cabin and discover what life was like for the early settlers, the original farm-to-table pioneers. No electricity and no Wi-Fi… how did they do it? It certainly explains the later emergence of moonshine!
A narrated drive back to Pigeon Forge brings you to the Bear Track. The exclusive, custom 4x4 trail was built to show off what our iconic Pink Jeep® Wranglers can do in four-wheel drive. Your face will hurt from so much smiling!
